Jackie’s connection to lake Cavanaugh runs deep. She became a full-time resident in 1995, and her family’s roots in the area extend back generations through her husband Kenny, the proud owner and general contractor of Cavanaugh Custom Homes.
Jackie embarked on her real estate career in 2002, driven by her love for Lake Cavanaugh and her desire to help other find their dream homes in this picturesque setting. In 2005, Jackie became the proud owner of Lake Cavanaugh Realty. Michele was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ and moved to the Seattle area in 1985. She and her husband together have 4 children, 3 grandchildren, and 6 grand-dogs.
Michele received her Real Estate license in 2000 and went to work for John L. Scott Real Estate in Stanwood, WA. Years later, she went on to work for Windermere Real Estate in Stanwood-Camano Island.
After moving from Camano Island to Lake Cavanaugh full time in 2019, Michele felt joining Lake Cavanaugh Reality was a perfect fit for me and my family.
Michele loves living and being part of such a wonderful and beautiful community, where she volunteers at the (LCFDA) Lake Cavanaugh Fire Department Association.

Greta’s journey at the lake began in 2005, when her family purchased a vacant plot of land on South Shore Drive, where they built their cherished home and endless memories together. During the summer months, you can find Greta hiking our scenic trails, surfing in the cove, or enjoying a spirited game of pickleball with friends and family.
